Terms of Use
Operator and service
JamaPlay is operated by Sandro Assis. Contact: s_assis@hotmail.com. Last updated November 1, 2026. The service provides private audio separation and music-practice tools for files you supply.
Your content
You retain your rights in your content. You must have the rights or permissions necessary to upload, process, store and download the audio and associated text. You authorize the processing and storage needed to provide the features you request. A personal-use purpose does not automatically grant rights in third-party music.
Permitted use
Do not use the service to infringe rights, distribute unauthorized recordings or stems, abuse infrastructure, bypass access controls or access another person’s library. Keep your account credentials private.
Output and availability
Separation, transcription, chord recognition and timing are automated estimates and may contain mistakes. Processing times and availability vary. The app does not guarantee a perfect transcription or an uninterrupted service.
App Store subscriptions
Where a subscription is offered, its price, duration and renewal terms are shown before purchase by Apple. Payment is charged to your Apple account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled according to Apple’s displayed terms. Manage or cancel in Apple account settings. Use Restore Purchases with the Apple account used to buy. Account deletion does not cancel the subscription. Apple handles eligible refund requests.
Copyright reports
Send copyright concerns to s_assis@hotmail.com with your contact information, the work concerned, a description identifying the allegedly infringing material and the basis of your claim. We may restrict access to content or accounts as appropriate. A contact channel alone is not a claim of DMCA safe-harbor registration.
Privacy and open source
Read the Privacy Policy for information about processing and retention. Open Source Licenses in the app describe third-party software. Any applicable rights under those licenses remain in effect.
Support and changes
Contact support for service, account or billing-access issues. We may update these terms and will identify material changes. These terms do not limit consumer rights that applicable law does not permit us to waive.
Cloud library after cancellation
For paid subscriptions, turning off renewal does not remove your cloud library during the period you already paid for. After that period ends and Apple confirms the cancelled subscription has expired, your cloud library, including stored stems, lyrics, chords and playlists, is permanently removed. Download any stems you want to keep before that date. Resubscribing or using Restore Purchases does not recover deleted cloud files. This removal does not remotely delete files you already exported to your own device. Free TestFlight beta accounts are excluded from this paid-subscription rule.
